7. Customer Responsibilities

To help us perform work safely and effectively, you agree to:

  • Disclose any known hazards (asbestos, lead pipe, prior damage, etc.)

  • Not interfere with or attempt to reverse work in progress

8. Warranty

We stand behind our work. Labor performed by Brad Tanck Plumbing is warranted against defects for one (1) year from the date of service, provided the work has not been modified, misused, or damaged by others after our completion.

Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and fixtures we install. We do not extend additional warranties on materials beyond what the manufacturer provides.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Issues caused by pre-existing conditions not identified or disclosed at the time of service

  • Damage resulting from freeze events, flooding, or other acts of nature

  • Normal wear and tear

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Wisconsin law, Brad Tanck Plumbing's liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, property damage caused by pre-existing conditions, or business interruption.
